Sure, it's a primitive booth, but that doesn't mean it can't have lights!
I used Christmas lights (heh) from Home Depot, the kind that are embedded in clear plastic tube. To power them, I plugged in a light socket outlet adapter.
In 2007 I built this Sukkah for my parents house as a fun project and a way to get into the spirit of Sukkot. This blog is a very brief but hopefully useful guide on how I did it. Perhaps this will give you ideas on how you can make your own Sukkah.
